Tahoe Knight Monsters forward Casey Bailey has been named the ECHL Player of the Week for December 28th, 2025-January 4th, 2026. In four games last week, Bailey put up three goals and four assists for seven points. This is the second time this season Bailey has won this award, after he won it during the first week of the season. The 34-year-old forward has 14 goals and 19 assists for 33 points in 33 games this season with the Knight Monsters. He is second on the team in both assists and points, trailing Sloan Stanick by just one in each of those categories.
Bailey’s Career Stats
The Anchorage, Alaska, native began his career in North America, seeing action at all three levels of professional hockey. In 13 games at the NHL level with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators, he had one goal. Prior to this season, he had eight goals and three assists for 11 points in nine games with the South Carolina Stingrays. The majority of his early career came in at the AHL level. He had 51 goals and 69 assists for 120 points in 211 games with the Toronto Marlies, Binghampton Senators, Bridgeport Sound Tigers, and Charlotte Checkers. In 2017, he was named to the AHL All-Star Team.
Bailey has spent parts of the last seven seasons playing overseas in Slovakia, Sweden, Germany, and Austria. Four of those seasons came in Germany, putting up 59 goals and 75 assists for 134 points in 160 games. He would add four goals and two assists for six points in 10 playoff games.
